华大街道是福建省福州市鼓楼区下辖的街道，位于鼓楼区东北部，东面隔晋安河与晋安区相望。[5]

街道名称取自辖区内的华林路与北大路，两条路各取一字而成。[1] 辖区在汉初曾是闽越国的冶都所在地，冶城大致位于屏山与冶山之间。境内有华林寺大殿、龙峰泰山庙等文物古迹，屏山之巅建有镇海楼。[2][6][7][11]

街道辖9个社区，省直机关单位多达七十余个常驻辖区内，福建省人民政府也在其中。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，此地归华大派出所管辖。1955年5月设立华大街道办事处，起初管6个居民委员会；次年又添了城北居委会。[3]

此后街道的建制屡有更迭：人民公社化时期一度改作人民公社，1963年回到办事处的名称；1968年红武之名取代了原称，1971年设革命委员会，1978年重新以华大为名，1980年2月恢复办事处体制。[3]

1984年以后，屏山、冶山、屏东、龙峰等居民委员会相继划归，至1995年街道共管23个居委会，面积3.8平方千米，当时在鼓楼区内辖区最广、居委会数量最多。[3]

2021年2月，华大街道列入「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[1]

地理环境[edit]

街道东以晋安河为界，西抵湖滨路与福飞路，南以湖东路、冶山路为界，北至东浦路，面积3.73平方千米。[4]

户籍人口为96507人，统计年份为2011年。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

华林寺大殿在屏山南麓，宋乾德二年（964年）始建，原名越山吉祥禅院。明正统九年（1444年）获朝廷赐额「华林寺」，寺院几经兴废，仅存大殿。1982年2月23日，国务院将它划入第二批全国重点文物保护单位。[6]

龙峰泰山庙位于龙峰社区，明崇祯三年（1630年）始建，历代有修，占地约2000平方米，2009年公布为福建省文物保护单位。[4][7]

苔泉位于屏山西麓，唐元和年间（806—820年）建石泉院于泉侧。相传宋代蔡襄曾用此井水煮茶，并题「苔泉」二字刻于石上。井于1986年重建，2001年起属福州市级文物保护单位。[8][4]

欧冶池位于冶山路一侧，传说春秋时欧冶子曾在此铸剑。宋熙宁年间，郡守程师孟在池畔建欧冶亭；道光八年（1828年）曾疏浚并扩大池面。池区为市级文物保护单位。[9][2]

方声洞故居位于北大路内的九彩巷，建于咸丰年间（1851—1861年）前后，现存头一进房屋，列为鼓楼区文物保护单位。2020年12月起辟为纪念馆，馆内陈列方声洞生平事迹，他出身世家，因民族大义投身革命，参加起义，并为革命献身。[10][4]

镇海楼位于屏山之巅。明洪武四年（1371年）修筑福州府城时，先在屏山顶建成双层样楼，作为各城门楼的样本，又名镇海楼。清乾隆六十年重修，1970年代因怕成为敌机轰炸的参照物而拆毁；21世纪初重建，2009年1月起对外开放；2019年又经重修，6月1日重新开放。[11]

西湖公园位于湖滨路，总面积约42.51公顷，1914年建园，2021年1月被评为「国家3A级旅游景区」。[12][4]
