于山社区是福建省福州市鼓楼区安泰街道下辖的社区，位于于山周边，北接鳌峰坊。社区因辖内有于山而得名。[1]

地名由来[edit]

于山为越氏之山，相传原在海中，汉时由巨鳌拖至福州，故称于山。社区以此山得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区成立于1959年，1969年改名红岩居委会，1978年恢复原名。社区由原白塔居委会、部分法海居委会，以及东街街道的部分鳌峰坊居委会和水部街道的部分于山居委会整合而成。[1][2]

地理与人口[edit]

东以五一北路为界，西界新权路与法海路，南界古田路，北界鳌峰坊；面积共计37万平方米。[2]

社区有1605户，人口5095人，新村楼院29座。辖区中省直单位一处、市直单位七处，另有医疗机构、学校各一所，老人活动中心一个。市人大、福州警备区、协和医院、格致中学和于山宾馆等机构位于辖区内。[2]

附近的古迹[edit]

社区附近有于山风景区，山上有福州白塔、大士殿等古迹。大士殿为辛亥革命前敌指挥部旧址，1911年11月福州革命党人起义，曾在此设立前敌指挥部。[1]
