温泉街道是福建省福州市鼓楼区下辖的街道，位于鼓楼区东部，东侧以晋安河为界。[2][3]1996年1月，东门街道被撤销，并划出五四街道和洪山镇的部分辖地，设立温泉街道；街道名称取自辖区内的福州温泉。[1][3]

辖区内有温泉公园、福州国际会展中心和福建省图书馆，五四路商务街一带的商务楼宇也较集中。[10][11][12][14]

历史沿革[edit]

西汉时此地属冶县。汉武帝灭闽越国后，这里成为东部侯官的驻地，东汉时在此设立侯官县。[1]

1950年成立时，这一带分作两处，一处称河西，一处称东门；1956年4月二者并为一体，改称人民公社。此后名称屡有变动，东门之名于1964年重新启用，1968年又曾改为东风街道革委会，直到1978年4月才再度用回东门街道办事处的名称。[3]

辖区内的社区大多在2000年末至2001年间组建：汤门社区成立于2000年12月，琼河社区于2001年9月成立，金汤社区于2001年12月25日成立，东大社区于2001年12月成立。[7][8][5][6]

地理环境[edit]

街道位于鼓楼区东部，辖区面积2.242平方千米。东面界线沿晋安河，北面沿华林路，南面沿福新路。[3]

辖区南北向的主要道路有六一北路、东水路、树汤路和温泉路，东西向的有温泉公园路、湖东路和东大路。[4]

人口[edit]

2000年第五次全国人口普查时，街道总人口为48391人；2011年末户籍人口为84329人。[1][4]

经济[edit]

金汤社区一带是五四路商务街和温泉三条街所在地，社区内有商务写字楼，并有省人大、省政协等机关单位。[14]

名胜古迹[edit]

温泉公园位于温泉公园路8号，1996年底开工，1997年初建成开放，占地约10公顷。[10]

2006年10月，汤边社区的「温泉公园热情广场」荣获第二届「全国特色文化广场」称号。[9]

福州国际会展中心位于温泉公园路69号，1998年3月开业，建筑面积58800平方米。[11]

福建省图书馆位于湖东路227号，是综合性省级公共图书馆，汤门社区内有这座图书馆。[7][12][13]

文化[edit]

2021年2月，温泉街道在「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单中上榜。街道党工委也获得过「福建省先进基层党组织」的评定。[3][4]
