陆庄社区位于鼓西街道西部，辖区面积约0.37平方千米，2002年由高峰、陆庄、西洪三个居委会整合而成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区名称源于旧地名「陆庄」。宋代陆宣与其子陆蕴、陆藻兄弟的家族园林即称陆庄，园林荒废后仅留地名。[1][4]

社区始设于1956年，1969年改称伟光居委会，1979年恢复原名。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

与社区名称相关的陆庄桥，始建于北宋嘉祐四年（1059年），由陆氏进士兄弟兴建。桥身主要部分是清乾隆五十三年（1788年）重修时留下的，桥旁还有石狮、风雨亭与古榕树。[4]
