练市镇隶属浙江省湖州市南浔区，坐落在南浔区的东南角，是一个以水网和蚕桑起家的江南古镇[1][3]。东面隔着河与桐乡市的乌镇相接，南抵桐乡的石门镇，西面是双林镇和善琏镇，北面连着南浔镇[1][3]。全镇面积124.3平方千米，下辖行政村与居民社区，镇人民政府驻湖盐东路95号[1][2]。

镇名来自“琏市”，相传早先乡人在此买琏成集市，后来按吴语谐音写成“练市”[1][3]。镇域地处杭嘉湖平原中部，河港密布，京杭大运河等几条航道穿境而过，申嘉湖、练杭两条高速公路在此交汇[1][2]。湖羊养殖、红烧羊肉与船拳、高杆船等水乡风俗，一直保留至今[1][4][6]。

历史沿革[edit]

秦、汉之时，这一片地方已有聚落形成，晋、唐之际渐盛；因乡人在此采买祭祀所用的琏器，聚而成市，得名“琏市”[1][3]。三国时期设巡幕镇，到唐代改称连云镇；明洪武年间，因河水自西而来形如白练，当地人又称之为“练溪”，此后一名演化出连市、木连市等写法，直到清同治九年，因“练”与“琏”读音相同，才定名练市[1][3]。

民国初年设练市镇；1956年被分成练市、荃仁两乡；1958年，几个乡合并成立人民公社，1961年镇制恢复[5]。1986年与1993年，练市乡和荃仁乡先后划入，1999年10月洪塘、花林两乡又并入，辖域至此定形[5]。

地理环境[edit]

练市镇属典型的水乡平原，地势平坦，河网纵横；据镇国土空间规划，农用地占镇域面积的一半多，陆地水域约占18%[2]。京杭大运河、湖嘉申线与东宗线等航道在镇内交汇，申嘉湖高速、练杭高速以及在建的苏台高速都设有出入口[1][2]。镇区距杭州、苏州、湖州和嘉兴的城区都在50千米上下，到上海约120千米[1]。

按镇域总体规划，全镇以练市镇区为主中心，花林、洪塘两个老集镇为副中心，形成沿大运河发展轴等三条发展轴；镇村体系为镇区、4个中心村和34个一般村[2]。

经济[edit]

练市镇的工业以电梯电机为主的先进装备制造、以电磁线为主的金属新材料和新型纺织为特色，镇人民政府2024年的简介称，全镇有规模以上工业企业153家，其中3家已经上市[1]。农业上建有万亩红美人柑橘基地、万亩稻虾基地和千亩樱花园；湖羊饲养与红烧羊肉是当地的一块招牌，2016年报道时存栏百头以上的羊场有53家[1][6]。

镇人民政府2020年的材料称，当年全镇工农业总产值224.7亿元，其中工业216.5亿元、农业8.2亿元[2]。

文化[edit]

练市船拳流传于练市一带，因在船上打拳而得名，已被列入浙江省非物质文化遗产名录[1]。如今白水河、钟家墩、大虹桥、达井和朱家埭几个村都有人打船拳，镇里的学校也开起了船拳课[7]。高杆船又叫标杆船，俗称蚕花船，是船拳的一个分支，据《练溪文献》，这一活动始于清乾隆年间，每年清明，乡民凑份合股组成高竿表演船，表演者攀上弯曲的长竿做出倒立、脱手、独卧等动作，模仿蚕吐丝的形态，寄托蚕茧丰产的心愿，被称作水上的杂技[4]。

镇内民间还保留着村台戏、提灯会、舞龙、耍狮等传统活动[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

  • 荃步景区：设在荃步村，是国家级3A级旅游景区，以报恩文化和水乡人家为题，内有报恩禅寺、朱元璋避难处、古石廊、报恩漾、民俗馆、拳船等去处[8]。
  • 练市镇粮仓群：20世纪60年代所建的粮仓，2015年11月公布为市级文物保护单位，在镇区[8][2]。
  • 狮子庙桥遗址：新石器时代晚期至秦汉的古遗址，在莲墩村，2011年2月公布为市级文物保护单位[8][2]。
  • 徐林普济塘桥：民国年间的塘桥，在凌家堰村，2015年11月公布为市级文物保护单位[8]。
  • 沈家角遗址：新石器时代至商周的遗址，在悦新村，2015年11月公布为市级文物保护单位[8]。
  • 凤凰桥：清代古桥，在镇区，2011年2月公布为市级文物保护单位[8][2]。
  • 妙严塘桥：清代古桥，在杨树河村，2003年1月公布为市级文物保护单位[8][2]。
  • 子汇遗址：新石器时代晚期的遗址，在朱家埭村，2003年1月公布为市级文物保护单位[8][2]。

著名人物[edit]

  • 崔元亮：唐代湖州刺史，在任时疏通市河、筑堤便民，后世以连云称呼此地，与他有关[1]。
  • 朱国祯（1558—1632）：明代内阁首辅，练市人[9]。
  • 温体仁（1573—1639）：明崇祯年间内阁首辅，练市人[9]。
