天河街道是浙江省温州市龙湾区南端的街道，北面与沙城街道相连，南面是海城街道，东面临海，西侧靠着大罗山[2][7]。街道办事处设在环镇路1号，下辖一个社区和十七个行政村[3][6]。

这里的地名取自境内的河道。当地地势低，河水的位势高出别处[2]。街道的前身天河乡设于二十世纪四十年代，此后几经分合，1988年改称天河镇，2011年撤镇设立街道[3][5][7]。家用电器制造是天河的传统产业，二十世纪后期以来沿三甲一带形成了一条较为完整的生产链条，许多村落的宅院与厂房相间[2][7]。大罗山余脉自西南伸入街道境内，郑岙一带的山间留有道人洞等石窟遗迹[2][8]。

历史沿革[edit]

民国初年推行乡村制时，今天河一带属永嘉县第二区环川乡[5]。1936年编行保甲，辖地分归天乐乡与城河乡；到1945年，两乡并为天河乡，隶永嘉县永强区[5]。

中华人民共和国成立后，天河乡人民政府于1949年10月组成，各行政村也随之划定[5]。次年7月，天河乡分出天河、天乐两乡；1956年2月又与天乐、联甲合为永和乡，同年10月联甲析出，天河乡恢复[5]。人民公社化中，天河乡在1958年10月改称天河生产大队，1959年3月转为永强人民公社天河管理区，1961年10月同联甲、大罗山两个管理区合并，成立天河人民公社[5]。

1984年3月政社分设，原辖区划为三甲、四甲、七甲、庄泉四个乡[5]。1988年8月三甲乡更名为天河镇，四年后庄泉乡并入[1][3][5]。2001年行政区划调整中，天河镇由瓯海区划归龙湾区；2011年5月撤销镇的建制，在原天河镇范围内设立天河街道，滨海大道以东约4.9平方千米的地方不在其内[3][5]。此后街道由温州经济技术开发区代管[2]。

地理环境[edit]

街道西侧是大罗山的东麓，山体由花岗岩组成，岩峰裸露；东面则是河网密布的滨海平原，河水受潮汐顶托，水位比邻近的乡村高出一些[2][7]。郑岙村在天河镇的西南片，紧靠大罗山，与瑞安市以山为界，村东为沉积平原[7]。

经济[edit]

天河一带以民用电器为传统产业，从零部件到整机在本地配套，被称为华东地区规模较大的民用电器生产基地[1][4][7]。

文化[edit]

街道内村落的地名多与河流、盐场编制和迁居来源有关。二甲一带的“甲”，原为宋代官府管理盐民的编制单位[7]；庄泉、司南等村在明清时属巡检司辖地，司南即因位于明代巡检司衙门之南而得名[7]。蒲门村的郑姓祖先在清代嘉庆年间从平阳县蒲门迁来，族人以祖籍地作村名[7]。郑岙则相传始于明代一位贩运酒瓮的孙姓商人，因三面环山而称埕岙，方言中“埕”与“郑”同音，后来写成了郑岙[7]。泰河村是温州市珊溪水利枢纽工程的移民安置点，居民自泰顺县迁来，村名含怀念故土之意[7]。

名胜古迹[edit]

道人洞又叫陶隐洞、陶成洞、道壬洞，在天凤村的郑岙山间，石窟依岩开凿，占地约680平方米[8]。南洞以石墙砌出门洞，最高处约2.8米，内供释迦牟尼与观音像，同在一处的观海寺是十二开间的单层石窟；北洞散布着十多处洞穴，禅房设于其间，卧云寺则为七开间、上下两层[8]。相传明代弘治年间有陶姓道士在此修炼，也有陶弘景在此避难的传说；明代王澈写过《同竹岩弟过陶成洞》一诗[8]。1942年至1956年间，洞窟曾是道人居所，也作过抗战避难之处，1982年以后成为佛教场所[8]。游人可沿天柱寺水库南侧的百步梯古道或天凤村的盘山公路前往[8]。
