历史沿革[edit]
德北一带原是钱塘江南岸的滩涂，约200年前有村民从绍兴等地迁来定居。20世纪30年代，这里叫德胜殿村，属六都五图。[2]
1949年5月后隶属梅西乡。农业合作化时，村中曾组织起农业合作社；人民公社化后，这里改为胜利大队。1981年称德北大队，归梅西公社管辖；1984年起设村委会，仍属梅西乡，1992年才改隶党湾镇。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2020年9月，阿里研究院公布的2020年淘宝村名单中有德北村；此后的2021年10月和2022年10月的淘宝村名单中，该村也在列。[2]2021年5月，村庄被命名为「萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）」。[2]
