裕民村是浙江省杭州市萧山区党湾镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西南部，临钱塘江南岸。[1]村名取使农民富裕之意。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子东面隔着盛陵湾，与大西村相望，琉新公路从这里经过；南面以官界路与党山镇分界；西面隔黄公溇湾与靖江镇相对；北面与德北村相邻。村域面积1.62平方千米，耕地2116亩。[2]

人口[edit]

村内分为16个村民小组与一个新农村组。外来人口381人，居住人口2303人，此外另有农户647户。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

这一带原为钱塘江南岸的滩涂，约200余年前淤涨成陆，绍兴等地的农民迁来开垦、晒盐，逐渐聚成村落。20世纪30年代，此地属六都五图。[1]

1949年5月后，此地归大悲乡德南村管辖；合作化时组建了裕民农业社。1961年划入梅西公社后称裕民大队。1984年，村里设起村委会，隶属梅西乡；1992年梅西乡并入党湾镇，裕民村因此改属党湾镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年5月，村庄被命名为「萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）」；2023年1月，被命名为「浙江省2022年度省级民主法治村（社区）」；2023年7月，被命名为「浙江省“红色根脉”强基（基层党建）示范村（社区）」。[1]
