众力村位于萧山区最东端，南面与绍兴相接，是益农镇的行政村。全村有29个村民小组和1164户农户，户籍人口3817人。[1][5]

历史沿革[edit]

村域原是钱塘江口淤积的滩涂，明末前后绍兴农民来此围垦种植，逐步聚居成村。[2][4]

民国年间村域归绍兴县安昌区陶里乡管辖。1949年5月起改归安昌区大林乡，村域以大林乡为主，并合有二村、三村的一部分。[4]

农业合作化时期，村里设立了众力高级农业生产合作社，名称寓意群众的力量。1956年2月组建众力高级社并划归萧山，隶大连乡；1958年改称众力连队，归党山公社；1960年改为众力核算单位，归夹灶乡。[4]

1961年设众力大队，隶夹灶公社；1984年5月改称众力村；1992年5月起划归益农镇。[4]

村域面积的数字因来源而异：百度百科载为2.51平方千米，萧山区政府网站载为3.71平方千米。耕地面积，博雅地名网与百度百科载为3959亩，政府网站则载为3836亩。[1][2][3][5]

村内有个体企业50余家，规模以上企业7家。[5]

荣誉[edit]

村连续十余年被评为萧山区「现代化建设标兵村」。2007年村获「浙江省全面小康示范村」称号，并获「萧山区生态村」「杭州市文化示范村」；2009年获「浙江省绿化示范村」「杭州市卫生村」；2010年获「浙江省文明村」，2011年获「浙江省森林村庄」。[5]

2020年9月、2021年10月，村两次列入阿里研究院发布的「淘宝村」名单；2022年10月，又入选「2022年淘宝村」名单。[2]

2020年11月，村被确定为「2021年浙江省电子商务示范村」；2021年5月，被命名为「萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）」；2021年12月，获「2021年浙江省卫生村」称号。[2]
