地理与人口[edit]
区政府网站2022年概况：村域1.59平方千米，14个小组，约3000人，其中户籍2028人，党员82人。大治河与解放河穿流其间。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时期归吟龙乡第三十四保，解放初成为吟龙乡盈下村；1956年办建丰、裕丰、巨丰农业社，次年合并为盈下农业社；人民公社时期村归华丰管理区第十、第十一大队；1964年改称新建大队，其后划入三岔路公社；1984年为光明乡建盈村；1992年起属坎山镇；2013年三镇合一后为瓜沥镇建盈村。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月列入2021年浙江省卫生村；近年村里获萧山区文明村、村级“和谐班子”、社会治安综合治理示范村等称号。[1][2]
