区政府网站2022年概况：辖区0.96平方公里，划为9个村民小组，483户，常住3256人；在册党员81名，报到在职党员17名。[1]

2021年全村经营总额29727万元，可分配村级收入3847万元；村民人均收入约5.14万元（51434元）。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时曾归坎山镇第十五保管，1949年5月后划为劳动乡十五村；1954年设群谊、群谊一、群谊二3个农业社，1957年并为群谊农业社；公社化后成为劳动管理区群谊大队；1984年定名群谊村，2014年起归瓜沥镇。[2]
荣誉[edit]
村内荣获杭州市文明村称号，并获浙江省卫生村与浙江省善治示范村的认定。[1]
