工农村隶属浙江省杭州市萧山区瓜沥镇，位于萧山东部最高峰航坞山北侧，是镇内人口较多的大村。解放前此地称山北；解放后因多数青壮劳力外出谋生，村名取“工农联盟”之意。[1][2]

区政府网站2022年概况：村域约2.5平方公里，耕地连同围垦地计1425亩（围垦253亩），山林2150亩。共22个村民小组加1个非农组，914户，户籍3426人。村内自然村有庙前、万家坞、小农场、上山、后施共五个。[1]

经济[edit]

村内有98家工商企业；2021年底工农业生产总值13.98亿元，村级可支配收入1535.24万元。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代属凤仪乡坎山里，元明时属二十三都四图，清代隶坎山乡。民国归坎山镇第十六、十七保；1949年5月后改称劳动乡十六、十七村；1958年成立坎山管理区工农大队；1984年定名工农村；2014年划归瓜沥镇。原辖陈家坞自然村2009年撤销。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，本村被列为2021年浙江省卫生村；政府网站称村里获省级卫生村、区美丽乡村提升村、坎山、瓜沥两镇的现代化建设示范村，另有先进基层党组织、经济强村、综合先进村之类称号。[1][2]
