勇建村隶属浙江省杭州市萧山区瓜沥镇，坐落在航坞山西侧，衙党公路由村中穿过。村名取自合作化时期勇兴社与建华社各一字。[2]

地理与人口[edit]

区政府网站2022年的村概况显示，本村分为11个生产小组，共525户、2971人，户籍人口1888人，另有外来人员1083人。区域面积1800亩，内有耕地678亩（内地452亩，围垦226亩），山林725亩。[1]

经济与文化[edit]

农业以苗木为主，工业偏重轻纺，辅以五金与化工。[2]

山地上有极乐禅寺、宝善庵、东岳殿、土地庙与龙图殿等佛教场所，其中龙图殿为宋代建筑，目前保存完好。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

二十世纪三十年代隶属五都十三图；民国阶段归坎山镇第一保管辖，解放后并入劳动乡。合作化时曾设勇兴、建设两社，后合为勇建农业社；公社化后称永新大队，1984年设勇建村，2014年起划归瓜沥镇。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，本村被列为浙江省民主法治村（2023年度省级名单）；2021年5月获评萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）。[2]
