地理与人口[edit]
据区政府网站2022年发布的村概况，村域面积1.2平方千米，由庞家、泮家、应家、中胡4个自然村组成，耕地540亩，山林600余亩。全村6个村民小组，289户农户，共1063人，党员71名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
凤升村原称东升大队。民国时属定一乡第十一保；1949年5月后，划入凤凰乡，改称东升村。1958年公社化后，改属交通管理区，成为凤升生产大队；1984年定名凤升村。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村中有千年古刹坎山地藏禅寺，为萧山新十景之一。村里的孙中山纪念碑刻有“总理逝世三周年”字样，现已列为杭州市文物保护单位。周家祠堂曾是萧山高级中学的创办地，2018年经修缮。[1][3]
荣誉[edit]
村里曾获浙江省卫生村、杭州市文明村、萧山区生态村等称号。[1]
