地理与人口[edit]
据区政府网站2022年发布的社区概况，社区与国庆村接壤，毗邻建设四路、坎红路，地铁7号线坎山站B、C口坐落在社区内。面积0.28平方公里，土地不多而人口密集，住宅都是两户联建的。521户，户籍2163人，流动人口700余人；9个居民小组，2个网格。[1]
组织与设施[edit]
在册党员79名，居民代表50人。配套有老年活动室、居家养老中心、小型停车场与新凉亭农贸市场。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1997年5月建新凉亭居委会，2003年5月改称新凉亭社区居民委员会。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年5月，新凉亭社区获评萧山区2020年度“平安村（社区）”。[2]
