新林周村属浙江省杭州市萧山区衙前镇，位于镇的西侧，萧明线穿村而过[1]。它是2005年5月村规模调整的结果，新林周、祥里施、东庄王三个旧村并入其中[1]。

地名由来[edit]

北宋时此地称新林寨，明清两代称新林铺。之后诸暨三达埠的周姓人家迁来定居，渐渐聚居成村，故名新林周村[1]。

行政区划[edit]

2005年5月的村规模调整中，新林周、祥里施、东庄王三个旧村并为一村，即本村[1]。村辖18个村民小组，有农户645户，均为博雅地名网所载，未注统计年份[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，村被命名为「2021年浙江省卫生村」。2021年5月，村被命名为萧山区2020年度「平安村（社区）」[1]。村先后列入2020年、2021年和2022年「淘宝村」名单[1]。
