山联村是浙江省杭州市萧山区所前镇下辖的行政村，在镇域东南，2005年5月由赵坞、池头沈和夏山埭三村合并成立。[1]村东与越王村相邻，西至杭金衢高速公路。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子朝南而建，北面有会稽山余脉作屏障，越山即是绍兴县境。村域面积2.283平方千米。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

蔡东藩墓位于池头沈自然村大陈坞的刈子山东南坡，建于1945年。墓碑原有的碑文已被毁。1983年定为县级重点文保单位，2009年4月起列入杭州市第四批市级文保名录。[2]

夏山埭抗日阵亡将士墓的所在地是山联村夏山埭自然村；该墓在2019年7月24日成为杭州市第六批市级文保单位。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2005年10月，村被评为杭州市民主法治示范村。[1]
