东复村是浙江省杭州市萧山区所前镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域中西部，东临杭甬运河，北靠南门江，南与临浦镇接壤。[1]东复村由洪家潭、萧山沿、凑沿金三村合并而成。据博雅地名网，此地因03省道东复线同杭州绕城公路在境内交叉成十字，村名由此而来。[1]

地理环境[edit]

西侧邻接孔湖村、袄庄陈村，以南门江的一条支流为分界，北面与来苏周村毗连。村内水面300亩，出产鱼类、虾蟹与珍珠。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

洪家潭村以洪姓为主，金姓次之。据传，洪氏在明代弘治年间由绍兴江塘里一支分出来此定居，村里有个池塘，故称洪家潭。[1]

经济[edit]

村中家庭手工业颇有基础：凑沿金和洪家潭曾以锡箔作坊为主，萧山沿则以打布钮扣谋生。[1]

2006年底，全村共661户，总人口2692人，划分为22个村民小组。[1]
