祥里王村是浙江省杭州市萧山区所前镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域中部偏南，在所前老集镇之南，东与李家村相邻，南接山里王村。[1][2]村域面积约0.98平方千米，由黄山郎、李家闸、山下陈、南庄北和麻园里5个自然村组成。[2]

地名由来[edit]

村中以王姓和李姓为多。据博雅地名网，相传王姓先人于唐朝天祐四年（907年）由陕西迁入萧山，此地被视作福祥之地，故以祥里王为村名。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

南朝设山阴县之后，本地隶属天乐乡；元代划分都图时属山阴天乐四十都，明代以后归天乐集安乡。[2][3]

民国时期先后属绍兴县第十区一里、七都六图和第七区集安乡，1935年划归绍兴所前东乡，1947年属所前乡。1950年10月划归萧山县，属进化区岱山乡。[2]

农业合作化时曾建立岱坞第二农业社和集星农业社，后合并为集星高级社；人民公社时期，村属临浦公社所前管理区的集星生产队。1961年定为所前公社祥里王大队，「文化大革命」期间改名红卫大队，1981年恢复原名，1984年改设村民委员会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2000年，村被评为萧山市文明村；2006年11月，被评为农村整治村建设合格村。[2]

2006年底，全村有农村住户411户，总人口1253人，划分为8个村民小组。[2]
