历史沿革[edit]
据村概况记载，约在公元1270年前后，倪氏先民倪源迁居到现横二村的后倪自然村，此后倪氏族人在此繁衍。村内的千五公墓迄今已有749年历史。[2]
2005年5月，后倪、上倪、周家畈、下甫王四村并为横二村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村域位于萧山区南部。东侧为浦南、新联两村，南侧连接横一村，西侧与戴村镇接壤，北侧与浦二村毗邻。村域面积1.5平方千米，耕地978亩，山林162亩，水面93亩。[2]
人口民族[edit]
据2022年发布的村概况，村内共有504户农户，村民小组17个，党员118人，总人口1815人。[2]
著名人物[edit]
倪朝宾为明代万历年间进士，著有《桃源初集》，他撰写的《萧山八景》被收入萧山县志。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
周家坂胡家墙门建于民国年间，为四面围合的徽派建筑，是村内现存完好的历史建筑，已被列为杭州市文保点。[2]
