山阴街社区是浙江省杭州市萧山区临浦镇的老社区，位于镇中心的老集镇，南临浦阳江，东至浙赣铁路。社区以驻地山阴街得名。[1][2]
社区成立于2002年11月，由原来的三个居委会合并而成，是临浦镇范围最广、人口最多的社区，也是典型的老龄社区。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
社区早先以序数命名，曾叫“一居委会”“二居委会”。1981年分设出劳动路居委会与山阴街居委会，2002年9月两个居委会合并为山阴街社区居委会。[1]
2020年4月，西市街的一部分被划入山阴街社区管辖。[2]
地理环境[edit]
社区北至人民路，东至浙赣铁路，南至西市街，西至峙山河。社区区域面积约1.25平方千米，其中有饭架街居住区、旧里河小区、戴家桥公寓，以及劳动路北区住宅区、西江塘小区、华家弄一带。[2]
人口民族[edit]
据2022年发布的社区概况，社区现有4157户住户，其中户籍人口为3088人，常住人口超过一万一千，党员149名，其中老年人口占比较高。[2]
文化[edit]
社区的老街旧称饭架街，是由山阴直街、萧山直街、西市街、扇面街等街与弄组成的总称。老集镇街巷两旁商铺林立，最多时曾有800余家店铺。如今仍能看到「临浦照相馆」「夕阳旅馆」「老地方荷花糕」等老字号的招牌。[2]
社区曾获「浙江省城乡社区治理突出集体」「浙江省卫生社区」「杭州市健康社区」「杭州市文明社区」等称号。[2]
