十三房村是萧山区浦阳镇下辖的行政村，位于萧山区南端，在镇域西侧。村庄由十三房与童家山2个自然村于2005年5月28日合并而成。[1][2][4]

地名由来[edit]

村名的来历据说与古代朱氏族人有关：朱氏一支中排行第十三的房支迁来此处，地方因此得名。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

约在1150年前后，此地称石山房村；1963年左右改称十三房村；2005年5月28日，十三房与童家山合并为十三房村。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年12月，村入选「2022年度浙江省一村万树示范村」。2023年，村创建为省级民主法治村，2024年1月入选「浙江省2023年度省级民主法治村（社区）」名单。[1][5]
