石马头村位于戴村镇南郊，03省道穿村而过。村名来自村前山上一块形似马头的岩石，村内有郑振庭烈士墓。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网，相传村前山上有一块岩石形似马头，村因此得名石马头。[1]

文物[edit]

郑振庭烈士墓位于村内，墓葬年代为1949年，属近现代史迹。2019年7月24日，它被列为「杭州市第六批市级文物保护单位」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1961年，石马头与石盖坞两个大队归永兴桥人民公社；1971年又改归永兴公社。[2]1984年5月两村各自设村民委员会，隶属永兴乡。[2]1992年永兴乡并入戴村镇，村随之属戴村镇。[2]2005年，石马头与石盖坞两村合为石马头村。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年9月，村庄被列入2020年淘宝村名单；2021年10月再次上榜2021年淘宝村名单；2022年10月入选2022年淘宝村名单。[1]2023年3月被认定为「2022年度“浙江省善治示范村”」。[1]2021年5月被命名为「萧山区2020年度“平安村（社区）”」。[1]
