戴村镇在杭州市萧山区西南部，地处杭州南郊，是萧山南部的重镇，镇域面积62.87平方千米（2017年）[4]。镇域曾为萧山区公所所在地[4]。1985年戴村乡改设为戴村镇，1992年永兴乡并入，2001年云石乡并入，此后镇名与辖区延续至今[3]。全镇现辖2个社区、22个行政村[1]，境内有省级石牛山森林公园，村落多依山而建[2][12]。

历史沿革[edit]

至迟到北宋太平兴国年间（978年），这一带已属孝悌乡。元朝称八都，清宣统二年（1910）分归开明、浦南、沈村三乡，民国二十一年（1932）设戴村乡。[3]

1949年5月萧山解放后，这一带先后划归凌溪、戴村、长潭、云石、永兴等乡与公社，并经历多次分设与合并；1985年4月戴村乡改为建制镇。[3]

永兴乡于1992年5月划入戴村镇，云石乡则在2001年7月并入，此后镇域的区划与名称未再变动。[3]

地理环境[edit]

镇域东靠临浦镇，南接河上镇，北与义桥镇相连，西与富阳区以山为界。[4]境内的石牛山、云门寺山一带山岭连绵，山间多溪流与村落。[12][17]杭金衢高速公路经过境内，交通便利。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

石牛山主峰海拔659米，据博雅地名网称为萧山市第三高峰。山顶的三清殿修于1981年，殿内奉祀三清，是萧山境内的道教活动场所之一。[12]

上董村园盘鞍山上的上董越窑窑址属六朝时期的古遗址，2009年4月被列入「杭州市第四批市级文物保护单位」。[13]

佛山村的钟阿马烈士墓同在2009年4月被列为「杭州市第四批市级文物保护单位」[14]；石马头村的郑振庭烈士墓于2019年7月24日被列为「杭州市第六批市级文物保护单位」[15]，两处都是近现代的革命史迹。

马谷村的云门寺现存晚清建筑，列为杭州市文保点。[17]

戴村村后郑自然村的后郑农会旧址，如今用作金萧支队萧山纪念馆，2020年启动修缮。[16]据2023年政府工作报告，「沈佩兰故居」与「金萧支队萧山纪念馆」获浙江省乡村博物馆认定。[5]据2025年政府工作报告，「郭汉城故居」也获同一认定。[6]

文化[edit]

据2025年政府工作报告，云石幼儿园获认定为浙江省一级幼儿园，云石小学获评浙江省无废学校和萧山区非物质文化传承教学基地。[6]云门寺茶场申报为「三清茶」省级非遗工坊，戴村的非遗工作由此有了省级载体。[6]

著名人物[edit]

郑振庭（1927年—1949年）为戴村村人，1947年投身革命，参加金萧线人民抗日自卫支队，当年入党，此后担任过戴村区复兴乡的乡长，该乡如今属戴村镇，他被列为革命烈士。[7][11]

钟阿马（1894年—1930年）出生于云石上堡，即今佛山村，1927年建立上堡农民协会，是中共党员和烈士。[8][14]

沈佩兰生于1903年，卒于1954年，为沈村人，1940年2月日军占用其宅邸设立指挥部，她向国民党部队提供火力部署情报并带路，部队在该处歼灭日军200余人。[10]

郭汉城（1917年—2021年）生于浙江萧山，为戏曲评论家，曾任中国艺术研究院副院长，其故居设有纪念馆。[9][5]
