高都、里谢两村在2005年的村规模调整中合并，成为今日的里都村。[2]

村辖区面积4.187平方千米。村内下设2个网格、8个微网格，共有7个小区（自然村）。[1]

2022年村概况载明，全村农户612户，常住人口1763人，有村民小组12个，在册党员103人。[1]

集体经济与荣誉[edit]

据2023年镇政府工作报告，里都村创立了农业强村公司，打造「原芗里都」农产品品牌；省3A级景区村庄的创建成果中也包括里都村。[3]
