河上镇隶属浙江省杭州市萧山区，位于区境南部，离萧山城区约26千米，处在萧山、诸暨、富阳三市区的交界地带。全镇区域面积63.69平方千米，辖1个社区和15个行政村，常住人口3.2万。[1]

镇内有河上店景区，镇域的元宵节（河上龙灯胜会）以溪头村为中心，表演以板龙为主，已列入国家级非物质文化遗产。[6][7]

历史沿革[edit]

关于镇名的来历，博雅地名网记有两说：一说源于旧称「和尚店」的店铺，传说五代时黄通岭脚下的广福寺僧人在河上店一带开店经商，此名后改为「河上店」；另一说因地处永兴河西南而得名。[3]

清宣统二年（1910年）设河上乡，1932年为河上镇。抗战期间，1940年1月日军侵占城厢镇，萧山县政府迁到河上镇办公，至1945年8月迁回城厢镇。[4]

1950年10月设河上镇，1954年5月获批升格为建制镇。1985年8月河上乡更名为河上镇，1992年5月大桥乡被并入本镇，此后镇域未再调整。[4]

镇的荣誉有：2009年被浙江省环境保护厅命名为第六批浙江省省级生态乡镇；2014年获授予2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇；2020年被全国爱卫会命名为2017—2019周期国家卫生乡镇；同年被评为浙江省4A级景区镇。[5][6]

地理环境[edit]

镇域东面与浦阳镇相邻，南面与楼塔镇及诸暨市次坞镇为界，西面伸向富阳区，北面连着戴村镇。[2]

永兴河流经镇域，众联村边临永兴河，东山村的村委办公大楼建在永兴河畔。03省道贯穿全镇，东西向的连接线与杭金衢高速公路相通，构成镇内的交通网。[1][11][12]

经济[edit]

河上镇素以造纸和服装闻名，有「纸业之乡」和「服装之乡」之称。工业以造纸纸品为支柱，服装、机械、电子为重点。[1]

据2023年镇政府工作报告，伟民村、里都村等已分别创立物业强村公司、农业强村公司，东山村、溪头村、众联村则联合组建了文化强村公司。[9]

文化[edit]

元宵节（河上龙灯胜会）是国家级非物质文化遗产，于2014年11月列入第四批国家级非物质文化遗产名录，以板龙表演为主，融合马灯、高照等元素，每年元宵节期间举行。[7]

据2025年镇政府工作报告，河上龙灯胜会入选「人类非遗代表名录」，同时新增三项区级非物质文化遗产，即「伟民竹编」「朱家蒸糕」和「紫东麻糍节」。[8]

名胜古迹[edit]

伟民村的河上店景区于2020年获评国家3A级旅游景区，年均举办近百场特色活动，包括龙灯胜会、马灯胜会、七夕河灯节等。[6]

位于凤凰坞村的美国援华飞行员养伤处旧址和抗战萧山县政府机要室旧址，皆为民国时期的建筑，两处均于2019年7月24日列入「杭州市第六批市级文物保护单位」。[10]

据2023年镇政府工作报告，河上老街成功创建杭州市级商业特色街。[9]
