大同三村是浙江省杭州市萧山区楼塔镇下辖的行政村，位于萧山最南端，由大同坞、中央坞、路下院三个自然村组成。楼佳线和杭州绕城西复线高速公路穿村而过。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄东侧与诸暨市次坞镇相接，南侧与大同二村相邻，西面靠着仙岩山，大同溪从村中流过。[1]

村民以农户517户计，人口1806人；村中农田为943亩，山林为1567亩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名与农业合作化时期的大同第三高级农业生产合作社有关，大同坞、路下院、中央坞等村曾合办该社。[2]

2005年5月，大同坞、路下院、中央坞三村合为一村。2009年，原属本村的小樟树下自然村被注销。[2]

荣誉与设施[edit]

2012年以来，村庄先后获得区级「先进基层党组织」「美丽乡村示范村」「美丽庭院创建先进村」称号，并被评为浙江省善治村。[1]

2021年12月，村庄被命名为「2021年浙江省卫生村」；2023年1月，被命名为「浙江省2022年度省级民主法治村（社区）」。[2]

村内建有文化礼堂、村民文体活动中心、医疗服务站和图书馆等设施。[1]
