利一社区位于萧山区盈丰街道，紧靠钱塘江，2022年4月9日正式成为社区，前身为利一村，常住人口15000余人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

利一一带原是钱塘江滩涂，萧山东片和杭州农民迁来此地，开垦成陆。1961年起划入盈丰公社，设有利一大队。1984年建立利一村委会，1992年划归宁围镇。[1]

2006年起，村庄配合钱江世纪城建设，进入全村拆迁阶段。2020年村庄划入盈丰街道，2022年转为社区。[1]

名称[edit]

利一之名始于1958年，当时属利民管理区第一大队。[2]

辖区[edit]

辖区北面接利二社区，南面以利丰路为邻，东面是金鸡路，西面至平澜路。[1]

荣誉[edit]

荣誉方面，自1987年以来，村子屡次获萧山区委、区政府授予文明村、标兵村及先进党组织等称号。[1]
