盈一社区位于萧山区盈丰街道中心地段，社区于2022年4月挂牌，前身是盈一村，经撤村建居而来，总面积约2平方公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
盈一所在地为钱塘江口冲积平原。约八九十年前，党湾、新湾、义盛等地的坍江灾民与绍兴、杭州一带的农民来此开垦，逐渐成村。[2]
1943年，商人裘纪华在此开设米店，店号「盈丰盛」；1949年5月后因此设立盈丰乡，合作化时又建立盈丰农业社。[2]
名称[edit]
原盈丰农业生产合作社后分为两个大队，其中一个被命名为盈一大队，此名沿用至今。[3]
辖区与人口[edit]
实有总人口为11593人，其中户籍人口3771人，另有流动人口7822人。[1]
社区东侧是盈新路，南侧为市心路，西侧以五堡河为界，北侧至解放。[1]
