新安村为浙江省杭州市萧山区宁围街道所辖的行政村，位于街道中部，在萧山经济技术开发区北侧。村名原称「十三村」，后称「三新村」，最终定名新安。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年，这里命名为「十三村」；1953年，三个村合组成「三新村」。农业合作化时三村拆分重组，设立新安农业社。公社化初期划归城北公社宁围管理区。[1]

1984年称新安村，隶属宁围乡；1992年划入宁围镇，2014年起属宁围街道。[1]

截至2004年末，村内户籍人口2253人，耕地面积1288亩。[2]

文化[edit]

2020年12月，村被命名为「浙江省2020年度“省级民主法治村（社区）”」。2021年5月，被命名为「萧山区2020年度“平安村（社区）”」。2021年12月，被命名为「2021年浙江省卫生村」。[1]

2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，新安村三次列入「淘宝村」名单。[1]
