村因位于钱塘江、浦阳江与富春江的交汇口而得名。[2][4]

历史沿革[edit]

2005年5月村规模调整，小砾山、定山、东汪3村合并为三江口村。[3]

2009年，因拆迁，杨家湾、相墅和东汪三个自然村被注销。[3]

地理环境[edit]

村境周围有大盘山、压湖山、小砾山，西面临钱塘江。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年5月，村被命名为「萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）」。[1]
