地名由来[edit]
2005年5月村规模调整时，南阳村与万丰村合并设村。村址在原南阳镇政府驻地南郊，村名由此而来。[2]
人口与产业[edit]
据2022年11月公布的概况，村内常住901户，人口3846人，村委班子5名。[1]
村内以工业为主，有杭州福莱特塑料开发有限公司、杭州江南世家药业有限公司等龙头企业。全村大小企业45家，主要产品有卫浴、雨伞、药品等。农业以小麦、油菜、晚稻、大豆、胡瓜和苗木为主。[4]
荣誉[edit]
2020年9月，村入选2020年淘宝村名单。「萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）」称号于2021年5月授予村。浙江省民政厅于2021年11月确认村为「第四批浙江省省级引领型农村社区」。「2021年浙江省卫生村」称号在2021年12月授予村。2022年10月，村入选2022年淘宝村名单。[2]
