东风村是南阳街道下辖的行政村，位于街道中部，村域面积1.57平方千米。村原名陈家园村，1984年建立村民委员会，1992年起改属南阳镇。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村的土地原在钱塘江北岸，属海宁县，明末清初钱塘江改道后移至江南，村民多从海宁南沙迁来。建国初属赭东乡，农业合作化时曾设赭三农业生产合作社。人民公社化初期隶属红旗公社；1959年划归瓜沥公社赭东管理区。1961年改属赭山公社，设陈家园大队，后改名东风大队。1984年建立村民委员会，隶属赭山乡，1992年起改属南阳镇。[1][2]

村于2022年10月入选2022年淘宝村名单。「萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）」称号于2021年5月授予村。[1]
