靖安社区位于靖江街道办事处南侧，占地0.7平方公里，包含空港国际区块。[1]2012年5月，萧山区人民政府批准设立该社区，同年9月26日举行揭牌。该社区为机场B型保税区和噪音区的拆迁安置社区。[2]

组成[edit]

社区目前由靖安小区（9个居民小组）、京明凤凰家园和德意空港国际三个区块组成。靖安小区内住有机场保税区、机场噪音区及街道多个区块的拆迁安置户。[2]

社区住户合计3540户，其中德意空港国际1480户，京明凤凰家园1034户，靖安小区1026户。常住人口超过7000人，在册党员10人，在职党员125人。[2]
