靖江街道是浙江省杭州市萧山区下辖的街道，位于区域东北部，地处钱塘江南岸，东邻党湾镇，南接瓜沥镇，西依南阳街道，北与钱塘区义蓬街道相接。[3]街道辖7个社区和10个行政村，2009年9月由原靖江镇撤销后设立。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，街道的名称取自境内的靖江殿。殿宇建于清乾隆十五年（1750年），供奉的是北宋护堤侯张夏，他是萧山人。[1]

明末清初，这一带由江滩淤涨为沙地，属海宁南沙，清嘉庆十八年（1813年）改隶萧山。[2][3]

清末至民国时期，此地先后设靖雷乡、镇靖乡、靖江乡和甘露乡等乡级建制，1939年起靖江乡与甘露乡隶属衙前区。[2][3]

1961年7月，靖江与甘露各设公社。此后甘露公社曾在1969年2月被并入靖江，1971年2月再次独立。[2]

1985年4月，靖江乡改设为镇；1992年5月，甘露乡划入其中。[2][3]

经省、市两级政府批准，靖江镇于2009年9月1日被成建制撤销，原辖区改设靖江街道。[2][3]
