名称[edit]
“浙东”之名，解放后曾为浙东农业生产合作社所用。1958年时，此地称城东公社新塘管理区的浙东生产队。2005年调整规模，村名未改。[1]
位置[edit]
村境东临03省道东复线与新丰村，南临新螺公路与塘里陈村，北接杭甬铁路与西许村。03省道穿村而过，南秀路也穿越村境。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年5月，村获得萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）称号。[1]
