名称[edit]
村旁原有一个“霪洞”，村名起初作霪头，后取其谐音改为行头。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时此地归五都一图管辖。1949年10月设农会，1958年10月改称建华大队；1961年3月，建华分出行头、尉家两个大队管委会，1964年10月两者又合成行头大队管委会。[3]
1984年2月，此地划为城东乡下的行头村。[3]
拆迁[edit]
2017年全村整体拆迁，目前村民处于临时过渡期。[2]
