涝湖村位于新塘街道北部，西接下潦社区，南接京杭运河，北接长山，104国道与金城路横穿村境。村下辖东陈、西陈、横塘头、山下陈4个自然村。[2][3]

名称[edit]

相传宋代此地低洼，遇雨即涝，村因此得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

合作化初期，村内有永丰、乐益、五星、民建四个农业社，后于1956年合并为两个社。1958年成为涝湖大队，1961年3月划出下潦村，设涝湖大队管委会。1984年改为涝湖村。[1]

党建[edit]

村党委有党员109名，下设三个党支部。村内推行党员“1+6+1”网格化管理，由一名党员联系另外6户农户。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年5月，村获得萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）称号。[1]
