娄下陈村位于新塘街道东北一带，东面与衙前镇南庄王村毗连，南侧与南庄王村、傅楼村接壤，西面与朱家坛村、和平桥村相连。村境内有杭金衢高速公路、萧明公路与萧绍运河穿过。[4]
历史沿革[edit]
《萧山县志稿》（民国）中已有楼下陈之名，当时归五都八图。1949年5月以后，此地属新朱乡；1956年10月，合作化时办起新联农业社，公社时期则为城东公社的新联大队。[3]
1984年2月改设楼下陈村，隶属城东乡。1992年至2001年6月归城厢镇城东办事处，2001年7月起属新塘街道。[3]
村落与经济[edit]
村内分布在塘埠头、娄下陈两个自然村，有3个村民小组。全村耕地465亩，农作以种植苗木为主。[2][4]
荣誉[edit]
2021年5月，村获得萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）称号。[1]
