历史沿革[edit]
合作化时期，此地有先锋、友谊、新华三个低级社。1956年三社合并为建国高级社，随后与姚江岸、曾家桥、王有史一并组成建合高级社。[1]
1961年起属裘江公社，设吕才庄管委会；1984年改为村民委员会。[1]
2005年转为居民委员会，下设7个居民小组，隶属新塘街道办事处。[1][2]
拆迁安置[edit]
2010年秋冬，因道路建设，社区整体拆迁。2016年4月，居民迁入原址西南的天香华庭安置房，安置房东、南、西三面环河。[3]
