文源社区位于萧山城区南部，处在道源路以南、南环路以北，东西两侧分别临高桥南路与育才南路。社区由四个自然村组成，2005年5月改为社区。[1][4]

名称[edit]

社区原称“文里头”，因读音不雅，村民不喜欢，在村规模调整时改为“文源”。周边居民多称“大源桥”，而高桥一带确有一座大源桥，社区据此定名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后此地先设农会，合作化时编为道源、利丰、联丰、联胜、联合等农业社，1956年归并为五星农业社。[3]

1958年起称五星大队，1978年恢复大队管委会；1981年改称文里头大队，1984年为文里头村。[3]

1992年5月属城厢镇裘江办事处，2001年划归新塘街道，2005年改为文源社区。[2][3]

上世纪90年代末，泰和、汇宇等房地产公司陆续在本地征地开发，四季花城等社区因此设立。开发地块内建有南江公园、高桥初中与高桥小学。[4]
