黄家章村是蜀山街道下辖的行政村，位于街道南部，离杭州绕城南线出口约1公里。南面接临浦镇，西面与知章村、湖东村相邻。据政府网站的村情，村辖范围分为9个自然村，居住人口为4166，面积为3.73平方千米。[1]
