祝家桥社区于2005年完成转制，坐落在蜀山街道中段。社区东面靠近浙赣铁路，南侧是沙里吴村，西侧与赵家墩村和越寨社区为邻，北侧衔接曹家桥与鲁公桥两社区。据2022年的社区概况，户籍人口1681人，面积0.86平方千米。[1][2]
