曹家桥社区是蜀山街道下辖的社区，东面以南门江为界，南面与鲁公桥社区相接，西面邻越寨社区，北面与向阳社区相连。社区由元十房、解元房、旸二房、旸四房与曹家桥五个自然村合并而成。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村内旧有一座永吉桥，年久失修后由曹氏出资重建，桥名随之改为曹家桥，村庄也以桥得名。[1]
