沈家里社区是蜀山街道下辖的社区，位于街道最北侧，毗邻城厢街道，属萧山区南部卧城的主要片区之一。社区东临潘水路，西靠西山。[1]

社区是一个「城中村」「镇中村」，下辖2个自然村、4个村民小组。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国二十年（1931年）此地属一都七图；1949年5月后归西蜀乡管辖。农业合作化时期，这里曾组建山河农业生产合作社。[1]
