北干一苑社区是杭州市萧山区北干街道下辖的城市社区，2002年成立，位于街道南端。社区下属小区有玺上庭、凯悦花园、天宝大厦、金茂大厦、北干一苑与永久公寓，共6个，辖区面积23万平方米。[1][2]

社区名称取自所辖的北干一苑小区，博雅地名网称该小区是辖区内最大、最早的小区。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1997年设立北干一苑居民委员会，2002年改称北干一苑社区。[2]

社区概况[edit]

辖区有居民住宅楼70栋，住户2282户。社区工作人员11名，多数持社会工作师职称。[1]

社区常住人口5000余人。[1]

社区先后获得「全国四个100最美志愿服务社区」「浙江省城市社区党建工作示范社区」「浙江省民主法治社区」「杭州市和谐社区」等称号。2021年5月，社区被命名为「萧山区2020年度平安村（社区）」。[1][2]
