梅花楼社区位于萧山老城核心，毗邻杭州南站。2021年11月15日边界调整为：社区东界为双桐路，南界为萧绍路，西界为育才路及绅园一带，北界为育东路[1][2]。

地名由来[edit]

明代光禄寺丞何汝敷在此建别墅、遍植梅树约三十棵，地名由此得来[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

1997年，梅花楼由村转为居民委员会[2]。2008年，社区开展城中村改造，采用自主改造、自求平衡的方式，在萧山城中村改造中属于先例。2015年，回迁安置完成[1]。

人口与居住[edit]

社区有居民住宅楼18幢，共1435户。户籍1548人，常住约3500人。党员在册68名，另有工作者8人[1]。
