浦沿街道是浙江省杭州市滨江区下辖的街道，位于滨江区西部，西面和北面濒临钱塘江。街道东邻长河街道，南接萧山区闻堰街道，隔江与西湖区、上城区的街道相望。北宋太平兴国三年（978年）这里设长兴乡，属萧山县；2003年改设街道。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

这一带在春秋战国时已是钱塘江南岸的重要渡口，两岸居民往来多经此处。据《杭州日报》2023年8月的报道，街道东南的鸡鸣山在《越绝书》中有记载，越王勾践曾在山上发下“兴越亡吴”的誓言。[4]

北宋太平兴国三年（978年）设长兴乡，隶属萧山县。[2][3] 浦堰之称始于1831年，1898年称浦沿。[3] 1958年10月改置浦沿公社，1996年之前辖区仍属萧山。[2][3] 2003年撤镇建街，同年12月3日改设浦沿街道。[2][4]

地理环境[edit]

街道位于钱塘江南岸，与杭州六和塔隔江相望。钱塘江大桥和之江大桥连接街道与市区及西部。[5]

街道面积的数字各书不同：百度百科与维基百科都作26.44平方千米，博雅地名网作21.27平方千米，均未注年份。[1][2][3]

人口方面，百度百科据2011年末数字作15.18万人，博雅地名网则作约19.23万人，亦未注年份。[1][2]
