历史沿革[edit]
建国初这里是杭县周浦乡的九村，1956年合组永利、红心两社，1958年归上泗公社周浦管理区。1961年为周浦公社的翁家埭大队，1966年以胜利大队为名，1981年又回到翁家埭大队之名，1984年定为翁家埭行政村。[1]
