外张村是双浦镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东部，东接东江嘴村，北面临钱塘江，南面临富春江。村内原有五个自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
建国初属杭县东清乡。1956年组成外张农业社，划入新宁乡；1958年归上泗公社东清管理区，分设外张、群联两个生产队。1961年成为袁浦公社的外张、群联大队，1966年称朝阳大队，1981年改回外张大队，1984年起为外张行政村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，外张村入选「2020年浙江省卫生村」名单。[1]
